A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step; yet often,
even the smallest of steps towards healing are daunting and
seemingly impossible. All we need is a little support, a few
nudges and a pinch of encouragement for us to take the plunge.
to being who you want to be.
Take the first step!
You hold the key
“Don’t be afraid to ask for help. It is one of the most courageous things you’ll ever do.”
I believe that there is a strong connection between
how we think, feel and behave; thus, our thoughts can
exert a great influence on our emotions, which
in turn can cause us to behave in certain ways.
Through therapy I hope to ask questions that would
allow you to reflect on this connection, address any loops
of negativity that you might be stuck in and help you develop
new, more adaptive ways of coping and tackling challenges.
hey there!
You are the key to You!
I’m a psychologist and researcher. As a mental health professional with a keen interest in wellness, animal welfare, books and exercise, you’ll often find me volunteering at an animal shelter, curled up with a good book and a cup of green tea or on my way for bike ride and some ice cream!
I strive to create a safe, judgement free space so that you can share your innermost struggles. In order to heal and recover and through therapy, I aim to help create a meaningful change. With a strong background in research, I am passionate about using evidence based therapeutic strategies and I understand that no two people are same; everyone holds unique experiences and that is celebrated in my approach. I have no standardized ‘one size fits all’ plans. What matters most is ‘who you are’ and I enjoy connecting to find your best fit. Together, we can work towards overcoming your challenges, realizing your strengths, and unlocking the true you towards a more fulfilling life!
